Turmeric is the magical spice that everyone must have in the kitchen. It’s amazing how many benefits there are in this root. What I’ve personally noticed are the positive effects on my skin. Since I used turmeric, I can see a big positive change on skin colour that became uniform and lustrous. No more imperfections, acne can be setting upon me. What I know; Turmeric is recommended to cure skin diseases(as eczema). What should you know? Turmeric contains properties that contribute to a natural glow. It contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components that will replenish your skin starting with your face. There are mornings where I’m fascinated by my face glow that I decide not to wear makeup. Sometimes I’m convinced that I like green vegetables. The green vegetables look like something fickle on my diet. However, we don’t ignore their benefits. If you’re not allergic to almonds, taste it. Cow milk is not a preferred beverage for everyone. It’s a myth to believe that after childhood, you must drink milk to maintain your Calcium and Vitamin D. Yams are the only carbs while also loosing weight. When I eat yams, I feel energetic and relaxed at the same time. So how to cook it? Use your creativity in the kitchen: smashed yam, nuggets yam, or yam french fried…There are many type of Yams. Usually, the yellow yams are bitter but you can season them as you like.
Be more preventive with Okra in your plate
This flowering plant is powerful. By eating Okra, you can instantly lower your blood pressure or de-stress yourself. Okra is an anti-stress that will relax your blood vessels and arteries. It also protects eyes against cataract and is a good remedy to improve digestion. I never like okra before because it’s really sticky inside. But, I finally found how to avoid the sticky-tasting. If you want to do as I do, instead of cutting it or boiling it; I cook the okra entirely. I usually roast it, which tastes better to me. But it’s up to your taste buds.
Replace white rice by a mixture of different rices
Recently, like 3 months ago, I decided to limit the monthly servings of white rice at home. And finally after a few weeks, I replaced white rice by a variety of rices: basmati brown, wild rice, red rice, black rice… by keeping the diet expected. The big plus is that all those rices have more benefits than white rice. They are full of nutrients like zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, are high in fiber, low-in-sugar which makes a big difference. Put space for Orange foods on your plate

It’s better to eat food with many health benefits. Organic foods mean expensive food. Are you sure? I think it’s important to first prioritize the fresh, pure and natural ingredients that will heal you instead of ending up with drug treatment, care treatment or cover your face with makeup. No? Organic foods guarantee you fresh foods with all nutrients you’re looking for. The most important thing is that you will no longer feel scared anymore to absorb chemical products, GMO or antibiotics. Otherwise, you support farmers and contribute to protect our environment. As a mum, when I saw my kids growing, I preferred to spend money and make sure they receive all the healthy benefits they need. I’ve a collection of organic foods that I always make sure to have in my home: salmon, milk, fruits, vegetables, yogurt… and rice now.
